Delhi Class 10 and 12 Admissions 2025: Round 2 Registration Starts July 9

The second round of admissions for Class 10 and 12 in Delhi government schools for the academic year 2025-26 will start on July 9, 2025, with applications open until July 23, 2025. This round is intended for students residing in Delhi who missed the initial admission process held earlier in March.

Key Dates and Details

• Eligibility: Only students living in Delhi can apply. Admissions will be offered in government schools under the Directorate of Education (DoE), excluding special schools like Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya (RPVVs), Schools of Specialised Excellence, and Schools of Excellence.
• Application Period: July 9 to July 23, 2025.
• Admit Card Distribution: July 30, 2025, at the respective schools where students apply.
• Common Admission Test (CAT-II): Scheduled for August 2, 2025, from 10 am to 12 noon. It will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
• Result Declaration: August 6, 2025, by 12 noon.
• Admission Completion Deadline: Schools are directed to complete the admission process by August 30, 2025.

Additional Eligibility Criteria

• For Class 12 admissions, students must have cleared Class 11 in the 2024-25 session with the required subjects.
• Their Class 10 marks should meet the minimum percentage required for the chosen stream.
• Relaxations in marks are provided for students from SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), minority groups, Kashmiri migrants, and national games winners.
• Specially-abled students receive a 5% relaxation in all subjects.

This second admission round provides an additional opportunity for students to secure admission in Delhi government schools for Classes 10 and 12.
